We start with a one-on-one consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, budget, and dream- home must-haves. We’ll help you select the perfect lot (if you don’t already have one) and work with you and our design team to create floor plans tailored to your vision.
Once your plans are finalized, we’ll handle all structural engineering and submit for city or county permits. We also finalize selections, specifications, and pricing to ensure everything is aligned before breaking ground.
The land is cleared, graded, and prepared. We pour the foundation—slab, crawl space, or basement—setting the stage for a strong and lasting build.
This is when your home truly starts taking shape. We frame the structure, install windows and roof, and “dry in” the home to protect it from the elements.
We install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. After that, required inspections are conducted to ensure everything is up to code before we move forward.
Here’s where the magic happens—paint, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, countertops, and exterior finishes bring your design to life. Every detail is carefully installed and quality-checked.
We conduct a detailed walkthrough with you, complete any final touch-ups, and ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Once the certificate of occupancy is issued—you’re ready to move in and start building your legacy.
